Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches and blemishes in the coating on the underside of the cover. There are gaps in the mid panel gutters between the panels and the weatherstrip was placed unevenly throughout the cover. This may cause the cover to leak. This cover has cosmetic issues and could leak in different areas.
