Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has scratches and blemishes in the metal on the underside of all the panels. The side tapers do not line up evenly which may cause the cover to leak in these areas. This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
