Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack Switchback has an area of light or missing coating and has a rough finish on the underside cab panel return flange. There is a long area on the mid panel gutter that is missing coating. This may cause more coating to peel over time. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
