Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD has scratches, blemishes in the metal and tooling marks on the underside of the cover. The passenger side hinges were placed a little uneven making it difficult to put the cover together. The logo was applied unevenly and is hard to read due to heavy coating. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
