Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack HD has scratches and tooling marks on the underside of the cover. The top hinges are scratched and scuffed. The ball stud bracket on the underside of the tail panel is bent and the metal is rough and pitted. This is purely cosmetic and will not affect function.
