Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This DiamondBack 270 has runs in the coating on the bottom of the tail panel taper. The tapers of the panels do not line up evenly which may cause the cover to leak in these areas. This cover has cosmetic issues and could possibly leak.
